Our Story

Brandon Weber started his career in the U.S. Navy where he deployed throughout Southeast Asia on maritime security missions. His ability to build and manage teams was key to their success. After separating from the Navy in 2015, he was determined to continue public service where he would then work at the U.S. State Department andU.S. Department of the Treasury. It wasn't until his passion for energy policy led him to work at Sachem Cove Partners, a uranium and energy-transition-focused hedge fund where he witnessed the potential for nuclear energy. Since then, he has sought out niche opportunities throughout the nuclear energy supply chain that need bold and innovative solutions. Recognizing the labor constraints throughout the U.S. economy and specifically the nuclear energy sector, he aspires to bring a focused and personal approach in creating alliances within the next generation of leaders within the nuclear energy sector.

Brandon Weber graduated from the University of Michigan with a B.A. in International Affairs, Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies with a M.A. in International Economics and an M.B.A from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business. He currently resides outside the city of Chicago with his wife MJ, their son, Lux and their two dogs, Balto and Kobe.
